Your children, your rules! I know firsthand how important safe, nurturing, flexible childcare options are- for a child, and for a family. I also know how crucial it is for care to work around your household and beliefs, not mine, so I will always follow your lead to find what works best for your one-of-a-kind family! With experience caring for children of all ages, as well as accommodating disability and neurodivergence, I thrive when I get to put my patience and resourcefulness to good use! I'm happy to work with your preferred schedule, whether that means multiple video calls, or uninterrupted time during which I will only call in case of emergency- your needs come first. Household rules will be respected and enforced whenever I'm around. I strongly believe in leading with a positive approach, but no tantrum or meltdown can stop me from gently upholding structure and support. I have experience with successful CPR/first aid.
