About Riley

Hello! I'm a Mechanical Engineering student in Long Beach on academic scholarship. In the past, I have babysat children aged 1-5. I enjoy playing with kids, animals, and spending time with friends. Seasonally, I work at a donut shop where I frequently interact with kids. I'd describe my personality as caring, practical, fun. I like working with kids because they are curious and love to learn. I'm looking for a job that fits my student schedule and allows me to support myself through college. I am looking for something that is fulfilling. I started working with kids when I was 14. I have cousins that I babysat since they were young. I took care of two kids at once with around a 3 year age gap. In my spare time, I like to hang out with my friends/ boyfriend. I enjoy building LEGO sets. One thing you should know about me is that I am an honors student. As a result, I am very good with time management and deadlines. My skills include communication, activity-planning, and patience.
