About Riley

I've had several years of experience working directly with kids and I find it so rewarding! I was a water safety instructor and swim coach for 3 years, working with children from 4 months old to 16 years. For the past 2. 5 years I have been the lead teacher of the school-age program at a learning center, which involves direct care and supervision of the kids, classroom management, field trip planning, and open communication with families. In my time at the center, I have also worked extensively with other age groups, including infants, toddlers, preschool, and pre-K. I am CPR/First Aid/AED certified for both children and adults. I am currently in my senior year of the Social Work program at Wright State University, with a focus in children and families. Building relationships with children and families is so important and it's incredibly rewarding to be part of their growth!
