I've always had a passion for nurturing children and helping them learn and grow. My journey into childcare began with my previous babysitting roles, which gave me hands-on experience and solidified my desire to make a positive impact on young lives. I'm known for my patient and calm demeanor, as well as my creativity and imagination, which I bring into my interactions with children. As a caregiver, I believe in open and honest communication with parents. I regularly provide updates on their child's day, whether it's through text or phone calls, and I always follow their preferred communication method. I'm also respectful of household rules and follow the parents' lead in enforcing them.
