About Riley

Hi! I'm Riley, a 19-year-old sophomore at Loyola University Maryland, double majoring in Psychology and Business Management. I have 4 years of babysitting and childcare experience, and I love creating a fun, safe, and supportive environment for kids. Whether we're playing games, helping with homework, or just hanging out, I make sure every child feels comfortable and engaged. I'm also a gymnastics coach at the Gymnastics Cheerleading Academy in Fairfield, Connecticut, where I've gained experience in leadership, patience, and problem-solving. Working with young athletes has taught me how to stay calm, motivate others, and adapt to different personalities, needs skills I bring to my babysitting jobs.
