We interviewed Ricki for a full time nanny position. We really enjoyed Ricki and thought that she was a great candidate. Ricki was polished, very friendly, seemed responsible and had good references. Our kids really took to her as well. We ended up choosing a candidate that lived closer to our home but would have enjoyed having Ricki.
