About Richard

Hi, I'm Richard. I'm a Princeton graduate with a strong background in science and math. I started tutoring in college at the study center and was also a teacher's assistant in high school for AP Biology, Chemistry, and Spanish. Since then, I've tutored high school and adult learners in AP subjects, GED prep, and licensing exams. My students have earned 5s on AP Biology and Physics and passed GED sections on their first attempt. I scored a 34 on the ACT (35 in Math), a 780 on the SAT II Biology, and completed Biology and Organic Chemistry at Princeton. I enjoy tutoring because I like helping people feel more confident in what they're learning. I focus on making complex topics more approachable and always aim to be patient, reliable, and clear. I'm looking for a role where I can make a real impact, support learners of all ages, and bring consistency and care to every session.
