My name is Richard, born and raised in Ohio, and I'm 31 years old. I would describe myself as a person committed to his choices, resilient, and totally open to communication. I find beauty in looking at the bright side of any situation and that's part of what I enjoy the most about working with kids and the elderly: most of the time kids still see what we as adults tend to overlook and some of my most easiest flowing conversations tend to happen when speaking with my elders, absorbing their lifetime of wisdom and stories.
