I'm Richard, a multifaceted individual with expertise in marketing, dance, and caregiving. With a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and extensive training in Contemporary Dance from Mexico, I've worked as an Inclusive Dance Instructor, creating safe spaces for self-expression through movement for individuals of all abilities, and as the Executive/Artistic Director at Proyecto Paz Danza Inclusiva A. C., I've coordinated activities and directed performances, showcasing the talents of diverse dancers with disabilities. Living as a Deaf/hard-of-hearing Latino resident of Berkeley, I bring responsibility, empathy, and initiative to everything I do. My inclusive approach as a contemporary dance instructor has allowed me to lead workshops and classes across Mexico and the United States, while my role as a personal caregiver has involved fostering independence and promoting well-being.
