About Rian

I got my start in childcare working in after school daycare with kids who range from ages 5-12, and got the opportunity to organize fun and safe activities, tutor students who needed extra assistance with their school work, and create a safe environment that was a home away from home. But my interest and love for this field was sparked by my wonderful mother who worked in early childhood education through out my childhood, introducing me to plenty of volunteer opportunities where I got to engage not only with children from ages 0-5, but also with the most incredible educators who taught me so much about what it means and what it takes to care for your loved ones.
