Hello, My experience in infant and toddler child care. Which includes nurturing, diapering, feeding, interacting, napping, playing child appropriate music to help soothe and calm them when needed. Informing parent if any changes in behavior and happily sharing the child productivity. It qualifies me to be a loving candidate for this role. I had the joy of assisting a family with getting the children ready for school, preparing breakfast, walking to bus stop. Making sure they safely aboard the bus. Although I do not possess a College Degree, no school or Certificate can equip or provide the (Natural affection) needed for this vital role. Empathy, a high level of attentiveness, communication, patient, creativity, loving interaction, taking a personal interest and being innovative rather than Authoritative !
