I started working with kids when I was 10. when I was growing up I was always called a "little mom". I have always known I wanted to work with kids so I have. Rhiannon is amazing! She was an occasional babysitter for us. She then became a nanny for our family! Rhiannon is compassionate while also able to set boundaries. She followed our instructions and schedule very well. We were so sad when she left our hometown to attend college!
