I've worked a lot with special needs kids and I love them. I started a club in high school called the buddy club. We would hangout with the disabled kids a couple times of week and help them with whatever they needed. We also took them to prom and homecoming. I have 60 cousins and have been a live in nanny for kids with severe autism. I believe special needs is a gift not a burden.
