About Rheem

Hello! I'm Rheem, and my passion for early childhood development has guided my career for over 6 years. I've had the privilege of working with a diverse range of children in settings like preschools, daycare centers, and in-home care. In preschool and daycare environments, I created nurturing spaces that supported children's emotional, social, and intellectual growth. In in-home settings, I brought a personalized approach, applying Montessori principles to tailor learning experiences to each child's unique needs . My role extends beyond that of a traditional nanny; I provide early childhood guidance, focusing on creating encouraging learning environments and establishing routines and healthy habits to support each child's development.
