Rhanna worked for us for 2 months, and shared it was her first babysitting job. She learned a lot and working with her was working. However, after lots of great feedback both directions she was a no call, no show. We were worried about her, and called and texted. At first she said she was sick, so of course we said to rest and get better. A couple days later I texted her to check in and she shared she got another gig and hoped to keep working date nights. Very poor communication, and put a lot of strain on our family. Do not recommend.
