Reyna worked for us for about three months. The Friday before I was going to host a party at our home she texted in sick, so that put me in a bit of a bind, but I understand everyone gets sick once in a while. The Monday following she also texted in sick, so now I had to do all the clean up from the party. I have two month old twins & a two year old, so I need the help! She said she'd come Wednesday to make up for it. I agreed. She never showed up. Never called. Now I'm interviewing again. I had high hopes she would be with us for a long time, but the quality of her work and her attitude had started to decline, so the fact that she just stopped showing up & didn't text or call maybe shouldn't be a complete shock.
