Reneitia primarily cared for our 2yo daughter in order to allow me to focus my energy on our newborn son. Our top priorities were that our daughter would be safe, loved, and engaged. Reneitia ensured these were met on a daily basis. She followed a set schedule for our daughter, prepared her meals, took her to morning activities, ensured she was put down for afternoon nap, and played with her at home. We trusted Reneitia to drive our daughter to music classes, gymnastics, play dates, swim classes, the library, the zoo, playgrounds, and children's museums. Reneitia brought home important papers, communicated schedule changes, and kept us informed about our daughter's progress. Reneitia also helped with light household duties, food preparation, and errands. She conducted herself professionally and was able to connect with both children and adults.
