Renee began baby sitting my oldest, age 10 and eventually transitioned into becoming our nanny when i had my second in 2017. She was extremely nurturing and engaging and my kids felt completely comfortable around her. She Is really child centered and lets the kids lead with their activities of choice, but also provides healthy boundaries and follows the family routine. Renee was consistently reliable and punctual. What makes Renee stand out as a person and babysitter is her ability to put you at ease. She always handles all situations calmly and confidently. I honestly can't recommend her enough!
