I work as a behavior technician doing ABA therapy with children who have autism. I have always known I wanted to be in a career that allowed me to work with children, so I was super excited when I learned more about applied behavior analysis (ABA) and got into the field. It is so rewarding watching the kiddos I work with grow and succeed and I absolutely love my job. I am planning on continuing my eduction and getting my master's in ABA in order to become a board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA).
