I've taking care of both my parents, my dad had CHF and my mother is 91 with dementia. I also took care of shopping, groceries and errands for two elderly neighbors and would meal prep, make lunches, healthy snacks, prep dinner in crockpot for them and took them outside in nature on beautiful days. Compassion is a wonderful trait for caring for the elderly. I'm blessed and fortunate to have had the opportunity to care for them.
