Renee is a dream! We have begged for her to stay on past the summer and be our year-round nanny. She is not only punctual, she is usually early. She is organized and creative and my three kids ADORE her. Without being asked or required, she cleans, organizes, and even made my family chicken noodle soup when we all had colds! She is compassionate and wonderful and we are loathe to lose her. I cannot say enough about her, if we can't manage to keep her to her non-summer job, she will be an amazing member to some other family in some capacity!
