I am learning Spanish and know a little Japanese after living in Misawa for 3 years. I have found "trying something new" is an absolute life saver with young children.

Renee cares for our three year old son once a week. She has created a warm and supportive dynamic with him, and they bonded quickly. Renee has demonstrated behaviors that we really value in our caregivers for our son - she's thoughtful and proactive to come up with activities to do with him but still easygoing and adaptable to integrate into our household. She also seems to really appreciate our family and enjoy spending time with our son, which means a lot to us. We feel lucky that we've found Renee and are happy with her fit with our son and family.
