To Whom It May Concern: When searching for someone to look after my children after a recent separation, I was concerned. I knew I needed someone who was going to be very dependable and reasonably flexible in order to meet the time requirements I had set. I knew I also needed someone mature and responsible enough to be trusted to transport my four year old from daycare to my home. Lastly the individual need to be personable enough to build a rapport with both my 4 year old son and my 12 year old daughter. Even without the chaos of the situation, I honestly don't believe I could have selected a better person to help me then Renee. Renee has been helping me know for approximately 5 months and has been nothing short of ideal. Renee has a tremendous sense of setting appropriate limitations and is not afraid to draw the line when appropriate. She is also compassionate and understands when a providing a little flexibility is needed. She has not been afraid to step in and speak to the teachers at my son's school when she felt my son was being bullied, and didn't shy away from the issues being addressed by my daughter who was in the process of physically maturing. Amazingly enough through all this she has still been able to establish a quality relationship with both my children.
