My grandfather was placed in a nursing home when I was in 7th grade. I had to respect that was the best decision for the family. It was not the best facility though and I decided then that when I grew up I would either go to work in a similar facility and provide the care I wished my grandfather had received or help families keep their loved ones at home as long as possible. I became a nursing assistant right out of high school and did that for 9 years before returning to school to become an LPN. I have been an LPN for 10 years and worked in long term care facilities, assisted livings, and also done home health and hospice.

In a difficult time for our family, the care Renee provided for my grandma was great ! I wished we could have cloned her for the days she was off duty. She always kept us informed & communicated well with the family. She is very friendly, dependable & punctuational. Plus she is an LPN, so her medical knowledge was a tremendous asset. We can't thank her enough & so grateful to have found her !
