I honestly would rate higher if I could. Rena was so attentive to my cat for the 10 days that I was out of town. She communicated with me regularly sending txt updates and pictures. My cat came home happy and extremely well cared for- I feel at ease making travel plans now that I know I can trust Ms. Rena with my baby (cat). Thank you!
