Renata has been an invaluable part of our family for the past six years. She joined us when our children were just one and four years old and has been a dedicated, reliable, and loving caregiver throughout her time with us. From the very beginning, Renata demonstrated an exceptional level of care and responsibility. She not only ensured our children's safety and well-being but also contributed significantly to their development and happiness. Renata was the caregiver everyone in town knew. She set up playdates with other caregivers or parents. I was often approached by other parents asking for her contact information to see if she would be able to help out in her time off with us. Her dedication was also evident as she never called in sick, and her reliability provided us with tremendous peace of mind. Renata was instrumental in maintaining the order and cleanliness of our household. Every day, we returned from work to a tidy home and well-cared-for children. She ensured that meals were provided for the kids and allowed us to just enjoy the evening with our children, having taken care of the major responsibilities to prepare for bedtime. When our children were younger, Renata was crucial in their early development stages. She helped potty train our youngest with patience and care (much more patience than we had!), took him to physical therapy, and she fostered a circle of friends for both children, ensuring they had plenty of social interaction and playtime. As the boys grew older, her commitment to their homework and after-school activities was unwavering, helping them to stay organized and successful in their studies. Socially, Renata was a cornerstone in our children's lives. She kept in touch with all of their friends' parents and caregivers, arranging playdates and coordinating after-school activities. She managed to make sure the kids were in the right place at the right time somehow, even if this meant she had to be in two different places in a short span of time. I will be forever grateful for all of the coordinating she did on her own, significantly reducing my mental load. This also helped our children form strong, lasting friendships and engage in enriching extracurricular activities. In addition, Renata made herself available in a pinch if a child got sick and had to stay home from school or was sent home from school early, which was so important for us working about an hour from home and school. For years, other parents have told me how lucky we are to have Renata in our lives and I couldn't agree more. As our children have grown older and more independent, our needs have changed, and it is time for us to (tearfully) part ways with Renata. However, we are deeply grateful for the lasting positive impact she has had on our family. Her dedication, warmth, and professionalism will be greatly missed, and we wholeheartedly recommend her to any family in need of a compassionate and capable caregiver. If you have any questions or would like further information, Renata can provide our contact information. We hope that she can find another family that will welcome and value her as much as we do.
