I'd describe my personality as bubbly, friendly, and hard working! When I work with kids I like to use my creative ideas to create lots of fun activities, but they can also teach a lot of skills for the kids. I'm looking for a job that allows me to create a fun environment for the kids to learn and have fun at the same time! I am pretty flexible when it comes to rules or a certain way you want your kids to be raised. I started working with kids when I was around 6 years old. I always watched my cousins and few of my friends kids. I didn't try making a business out of it until I was around 12, but I do have experience with different age levels. My skills include being able to work calmly in a stressful environment. Knowing how to handle a situation with a kid who's having a hard time managing their emotions. I also have an understanding on how each kid needs me to care for them so no one feels uncared for.
