I am passionate about offering diverse and experiential learning opportunities to enhance individual development. I have been working in childcare for 9 years offering a nurturing and safe environment for the children and fostering their emotional, social, and intellectual growth. I have 3 years of experience in a Nanny setting, and the remaining 6 years of experience are in a licensed daycare center, while using my Bachelor's degree in education to broaden my teachings. With my experience in both environments, I engage with children in various activities, follow routines, and build relationships with families. My policy is building a great relationship with families and children to ensure development efficiency.
