About Reigh

Hello- My name is Reigh (pronounced Ray), and I have over 10 years of experience working as a companion and caregiver for the elderly, chronically ill, physically incapacitated, bedridden, etc. My work ranges from offering companionship, grocery shopping, laundry drop-offs/pick-ups, preparing meals, and light housekeeping, all the way to assisting with bathing, dressing, preparation, and consumption of food. I have experience in administration of topical and oral medication, as prescribed by a physician, and maintaining records of all treatments administered. I am also empathetic and compassionate, and able to support mental and emotional wellbeing by engaging in light conversation, reading, and encouraging physical activity where possible. I have experience with collaborating with other healthcare professionals to establish a schedule of care for my client. I am looking forward to hearing how I can improve the life of your loved one!
