I've worked with kids since I was 13. Well really about 6, my mom was a Child Care Provider & I've always helped her out with all of her activities. I now work for the Los Angeles Unified School District as an after school program director. I love interacting, reading & connecting with all of my students. I've had to perform many duties while working with kids such as cleaning, conducting activities, teaching lessons, dispersing supper & instructing academic enrichment. I feel like kids are very special & should always be treated with the most care. Through my experience of being a nanny & babysitting, I've always had little activities in mind, such as arts & crafts, outdoor activities, or just something productive to keep them busy. If they're in school, I always make it a priority that all work is done before play. In the home, I follow all rules, guidelines & regulations of the parent(s) & make sure to do things exactly how they need them to be did.
