Hello, my name is Regina and I am 21 years old. I have five years of experience caregiving for children. I just graduated with my bachelors degree in nursing. With that I recently was hired at nationwide Children's Hospital to become a pediatric nurse! With my patient and calm demeanor, I excel at catering to each child's individual needs. I'm also creative and imaginative, always finding fun and engaging ways to keep children entertained and learning. Communication is key, so I ensure parents are regularly updated on their child's day and address any concerns promptly. I'm also comfortable enforcing household rules to maintain a structured and harmonious environment.
