Does your loved one need someone to help navigate a few daily or weekly tasks? Are you looking for someone to assist with errands while creating a safe and comfortable environment? It can be hard asking a stranger to come into your home and spend time with someone you treasure. My involvement in companion care began while growing up in a three-generation household. I have always been very comfortable with elderly people, and find it easy to communicate and empathize with the challenges of getting older. In fact, I rate very high on quality communication with personality and insight tests! What I love best about companion care is the relational aspect. I strive to serve their needs the best way possible while engaging in conversation and building relationships. Past and current references say I'm personable, trustworthy, respectful, reliable, and that I add security and encouragement. I'm looking for a daytime position, guaranteed 20-25 hours/week, but am flexible on the time.
