Hi! My name is Reghan, I have always loved being able to play a part in helping children reach their goals. It has always been very fulfilling to me. I've been working in childcare since I was 17. 2 years ago I started to get kind of off put by the lack of education at daycares. I started working at a Montessori school instead and quickly got certified in my toddler and infant NAMC Montessori certification. l've always thought that a child will learn as much as you allow them to learn. Working at a Montessori helped me to understand how to provide any child with the proper materials and support to learn whatever they put there mind too! I love and adore my job as well as the impact I make but it's becoming hard to watch a classroom of 20+ children everyday. I'm looking for something a little more tighter nit where I can really put all my attention towards one or two children guiding them! I have references I can provide as well :) I look forward to meeting you.

Reghan is awesome. She worked in our sons daycare room and he loved her so much we used her as a babysitter. She is professional, responsive, and energetic. She always left the house cleaner than when she got her and followed any instructions we had for our kiddo. She watched him when he was 2-3yo.
