I personally took care of my grandma through her ALS. ALS is a disease that attacks every nerve until there is none left working besides the brain. If you imagine going to walk up the stairs yet your legs won't work. That is exactly how it feels or trying to eat with 10 marshmallows in your mouth. It is a aweful disease. I would love to help out a family. While I'm still home. I am saving for college and this would be a great way to help others.
