Reese watched our ten month old. She was very communicative right off the bat. And knew what questions to ask and was very comfortable with our daughter right away! It was our first time hiring off care.com and it couldn't have gone better. She gave my husband a full run down when he got home which he greatly appreciated. Was very open and honest about her schedule, availability, and future plans. Will be hiring her again!!
