As a caregiver, I am passionate about nurturing the growth and development of children. With two years of experience, I strive to create a safe and nurturing environment where children can thrive. My calm and friendly nature helps me connect with kids and build strong relationships. When it comes to communicating with parents, I believe in open and transparent dialogue. I follow their preferred communication method and ensure they are well-informed about their child's day and any issues that arise. I am also very comfortable enforcing household rules to maintain a structured and safe environment. My approach to play is centered around outdoor activities, board games, puzzles, and educational games that promote learning. I am certified in First Aid and CPR, and my educational background includes some college, as well as coursework in Early Childhood Education and Early Child Development.
