My experience with kids goes back to being 16 years old and giving children swim lessons for my first summer job. I have always found joy in being around kids and would have pursued a career in it if it was more lucrative lol. In my free time before the pandemic, I was a Saturday volunteer at a horse ranch for children with disabilities. It was very rewarding and something I miss very much! I am a loving aunt to 2 amazing nephews who are 3 and 6. My sister threw me right into the diapers and free child care from day 1. In all honesty., spending so much time with them and my sister has showed me all the things that can't be taught about taking care of kids. The patience, structure, and energy that I put into keeping those two little humans happy and healthy is something I would do with your children as well!
