Rebecca was a no-show for our first scheduled sit and didn't even bother to contact me to cancel. I called her in the morning just to confirm and the call "dropped," then she never responded to my text messages. Ended up with no childcare during a meeting I was leading in the evening that day. Totally unreliable.
