About Rebecca

I have both a Bachelors and Master's in Communication Studies with a background in tutoring and being a TA. I actually started as an English major in college and currently looking to grow into a full-time teacher for HS English. I currently hold a Substitute Teaching Permit and will be working for my CA Teaching Credential in the new year for HS level English. I am very comfortable with college level English and below, and happy to develop my own curriculum/tutoring program. With a background in Communication Studies, l've cultivated a love for understanding the importance of empathetic communication and the profound impact it has on providing compassionate care and support to others. You'll often find me reading my next adventure, playing basketball, hanging with my dog and loving husband, or at the gym.
