I adore kids! I am certified special education teacher in my 8th year of teaching in an autism program. I have taught students in grades K-6. Before becoming a teacher I worked in a therapeutic group for adolescents, worked as a paraprofessional, a before and after school coordinator, and long ago as a lifeguard. I love to play, be outside, am creative, and may like children's books more than adult books. In my free time I take care of my rabbit Laelynne, horseback ride, hike, and perform improv comedy. I love being silly and laughing. I will do a whole lot for a smile but also fully understand the importance of structure and routine.
