About Rebecca

I grew up with a lot of love and appreciation for a large variety of animals, including crustaceans, pigeon coups, crawdads, caterpillars. I started very young rescuing puppies, opossums, snails & kittens, and nursing them to health.. My largest desire has been for dogs. I first started studying the Worldbook/dogbooks in 2nd gr. I groomed, fed, and walked my grandparents dogs, our dogs, neighbors & clients. I've created living areas & runs with bricks. I've administered medications & medical needs for kittens as well as dogs. Our last 2 dogs came from a dumpster at 2 wks. of age, I had to medicate him, the other a field, he was full of eczema & psoriasis, I dipped him 4x's a day. We have taken in 2 kittens that became mothers, as well as others. Now we have a 9-month-old kitten recovered from a Laundromat last year at 2mths. old. Among these I don't mind getting dirty, climbing trees, under cars, changing cages, litter boxes,,, running/walking, grooming, carrying 40lb. bags.
