I have a Masters in Teaching from the University of Virginia. I am a licensed teacher in Florida. I was a teacher for the School District of Palm Beach County and at Pine Crest Middle. My experience includes 7 years of teaching in top performing schools (3 years in Virginia and 4 years in Boca). My specialization is in secondary social studies instruction and I can tutor and assist in a variety of other subjects including AP/other levels. I'm also able to help with college prep, essays, apps, and SAT reading/writing prep. I can tutor in reading, phonics, and spelling. I have a flexible schedule! I can travel to meet as well as do virtual sessions. I've tutored both public and private school students. I have had extensive babysitting experience plus nephews and nieces ranging from ages 8-16 that I've helped care for since birth. I also have mentored refugee students in the Charlottesville community. I am available for light house keeping, childcare and transportation too.
