As a natural-born caregiver, I have always been passionate about fostering children's growth and development. With 6 years of experience, I have a proven track record of providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that promotes children's well-being. My patient and calm demeanor, combined with my creativity and friendly nature, allows me to easily connect with children and build strong relationships. I believe in open and honest communication with parents, and I am committed to keeping them informed about their child's day. Whether through written daily reports or verbal communication at pickup, I am always available to discuss any issues or concerns. I respect the rules and routines established by parents and am comfortable enforcing them in a consistent and gentle manner. My educational background includes a graduate degree and coursework in early child development. I hold First Aid Training and am a Certified Teacher.
