About Rebecca

I am a single mom to 3 beautiful kiddos and a trauma-informed yoga therapist. My kids are now all school aged so I am ready to offer my love and care to another family as I bring my private yoga therapy practice online. Professionally, I work with private clients of all ages and abilities, including neuro-divergent kids and seniors with MS, Parkinson's, etc. I absolutely love what I do, but driving around all over town to my clients' homes is no longer sustainable. I have an extensive background in childcare starting from early high school, all the way to having my own wild ones. Personally, I absolutely love to cook, dance, sing, and be in nature. I will admit I'm not particularly crafty, but I do love to color and you can expect a lot of dance parties. I also love being outside. I look forward to sharing more!
