About Rebecca

Hello! I'm Rebecca, I am 21. Child care has always been my passion. I have experience from ages 6 months-12 years old. I worked in many pre schools, I have experience as a Lead teacher for ages 2-3. I created lesson plans, taught fine motor skills, Literacy, Math, gross motor. I love to create fun crafts! I taught social, problem-solving, life skills,(potty training), to children individually and groups. I met with parents to create plans for their needs. I ensure the safety of all children in my care. I have always been motivated about the different aspects of childcare. These jobs are full of experiences I vastly enjoy, as I'd encounter different personalities, behaviors, issues that left me with the desire to help and learn how I could improve a child's situation. Every child is unique. the ability to understand/bond with a child and create a happy progressing environment is the most fulfilling moments I have experienced.
