I took some time off to be home with my 2 children, who are now 19 and 22. For 2 years I helped care for a very sweet non-verbal preschooler, and during my kids' school years friends often came home with us after school, stayed for dinner, and occasionally overnight when their parents' work schedules needed that kind of help. I still help friends out with babysitting. I love the wonder kids experience in learning about the world, and I love that they give 100%, whether it's with focus, joy, enthusiasm, sadness, frustration, or any other emotion. I like the philosophy that free time, nature and mess provide the best learning environment for kids. Children are one of life's true delights!

Rebecca is very kind and has top-not communication. We asked her to come to our house and watch our 4 month old for 3 full days while my wife was out of town for a work trip. Rebecca took detailed notes and sent pictures to my wife who felt at ease. Our daughter felt very comfortable with her. She (our baby) had a little upset stomach and Becky took care of everything for us. She is very responsive and her communication is top-notch. We would be happy to have her back any time.
