As a caregiver, I'm driven by my passion for nurturing children's growth and development. With two years of experience caring for children between the ages of 4-11, I prioritize fostering a patient, calm, and friendly environment for them to thrive. My approach to communication with parents involves verbal updates at pickup and adherence to their preferred communication methods. Regarding household rules, I follow the parents' lead. To engage children, I enjoy a variety of games, including outdoor sports, board games, and educational games that promote learning. I have experience in CPR and first aid from being a lifeguard previously. I also have 2 years of experience working with kids in summer camps and teaching swim lessons so I am comfortable supervising swimming activities.
