About Rebecca

A dedicated childcare provider with over 20 years of professional childcare experience, I operated my own preschool for 13 years, and have also been a nanny to 6 different families ranging from 3 m to 10 yrs old. The last 2 years I have gained a lot of experience working with babies. I also have 3 years of intensive meditation/energy training, which is applicable because it honed my ability to deeply attune to an individual's needs, all while staying grounded, patient, and kind. I have a passion for nurturing flexible thinking, emotional intelligence, self/social awareness, creative development, connection with the natural world, risk management and conflict resolution skills. With babies I love being fully present with their exploration of the world, following their curiosity. I see all children as capable beings worthy of trust, respect and honest communication.
