I cleaned my own carpets once a month when the kids lived at home and we had/have dogs. We don't have carpets now, but I have to sweep twice a day! This woman was an absolute Godsend for my family while we lived in Fayetteville. Among a million other things, she is detail oriented, flexible, attentive, reliable, and caring. She is quick to respond and find space in her schedule. We have had some great times taking my home from an absolute wreck, back to a clean and happy space. My favorite thing about Rebecca is that she continuously met me, with open arms, in whatever mess I was in. She does so without judgement, full of patience, warmth, and understanding. Rebecca uses quality cleaning products and does not cut any corners. She is equipped with her own tools / supplies. This woman sure has plenty of elbow grease too! I have never felt any rush, pressure, or sense of being taken advantage of when working with Rebecca. She goes above and beyond in caring for her clients as family and their homes as her own. Rebecca puts all of her effort and energy into her expertise.
