As an current social work grad student and a substitute teacher with 3 years of childcare experience, my passion for nurturing children's growth and development led me to this rewarding field. My calm, patient, and friendly nature allows me to connect with children effortlessly. I prioritize open communication with parents, providing regular updates on their child's day and promptly addressing any concerns using their preferred method. I believe in a balanced approach to childcare, blending outdoor physical activities, educational games, and fun board games to foster holistic development. With certification in CPR Training and Early Child Development coursework, I am well-equipped to provide a safe and nurturing environment for up to three children, aged 0 to 13. I am happy to assist with tasks like cooking, meal preparation, carpooling, light housekeeping, travel, pet care, tutoring and supervising swimming activities.
